SNEAKERS – If you have ankle or knee issues you have to get these sneakers! I have purchased 3 pairs by recommendation of my doctor after I sprained my ankle. They are all I wear now to workout so I highly recommend them. Make sure to go up half!

NO SHOW SOCKS – Every time I share sneakers or really any low shoe I get asked about my socks. These have been my go to no show socks for years now. I still love them. I love that they have sizes, I wear small and that they don’t slide down for me. I wear them with boots and sneakers. They are thin so can fit with any shoe!
